We could have taken the easy route and bought a cheap, plain gazebo to use as the centerpiece for our Ford Capri Club car displays. We pride ourselves upon our displays at classic car shows – the way we present our Ford Capri’s, the standard of our team wear clothing and most importantly the centerpiece of our display – the Capri Club International Mansfield Notts branch marquee. 

A cheap, plain green gazebo was never going anywhere near our club display. We needed a sturdy aluminium framed mini marquee suitable to withstand the often windy and often wet classic car show weather but also to provide shelter from the sun on those glorious summer Sundays. A local mini marquee supplier was vital because our centerpiece marquee was going to be a complex, colourful design with visits to the workshop to view materials and graphics prior to final production.

Thanks to Keaton, Lee and the highly skilled and motivated team at Mini Marquees, our awesome marquee was completed on time – ready for the first classic car show of 2022 at nearby Thoresby Hall. Our marquee incorporates images of our club member’s Ford Capri’s around the canopy, Club logos on the roof and back panel, sponsor logos on the side walls, and a patriotic Union flag design throughout. The marquee creates that ‘WOW’ factor at every show and never fails to attract envious and extremely positive comments from other car club members and visitors to our stand.

Smoke & Ice, a restaurant in Edwinstowe, purchased three branded pop-up gazebos from Mini Marquees in 2021. These gazebos were intended for use in their outside seating area as well as for outdoor events that they attend throughout the year. The build quality of the products was exceptional, with robust materials that promised longevity and durability.
